We’ve led out with a strong golden pilsnerm a modern take on a traditional Bohemian Pils style. You might call it almost an Imperial Golden Pils - loaded with gorgeous German malts, New Zealand hops, our special Harrington’s yeast and some of the best water in the country.

Looks like a pils with a golden colour and a temporary white head. The hop aroma is of lush green fruits like gooseberry, Granny Smith apples and white currants. It has a certain fresh white peppery spice to it as well. The body is a little spritzy with twinges of pilsner bitterness. It’s a tasty number this one and about twice as pleasant as your bog standard namby Eurolager off the shelf.
