Brewed with Organic Malt and Hops to the style of a Bohemian Pilsner with our own Rogue Hop to give it an exciting strong yet lingering hop finish. A great one for a mouth feel challenge!

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Some leafy and grassy notes, low sweetness, mild bitterness, and a bit of a grassy finish. Decent.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2015 Light, drinkable beer. Decently large frothy head. No strong taste of hops or anything really. Few citrus like hints. Tastes cheap and watery when it gets warm

And now my 6 pack of assorted Harrington’s beer is empty. Definitely to be avoided, although generally no worse than Heineken or Macs Gold or other lawnmower beers. Little aroma and a very underwhelming taste. The aroma was quite nice, but I just can’t remember what it was. I can just imagine the arguments at the Harrington brewery. The brewer wanted to create something strong, but the accountant wouldn’t let him add enough hops. The marketer decided to oversell the rather plain result and the beer drinker is left ruing his purchase

There isn’t a hop harsh bite that you might be thinking you’d be getting with this style. The bold hop aroma does not translate well into hop taste on the palate, but the overall flavour is very even and makes this a very drinkable beer of the style. I’d like more of that rough bite thing, but then I would. At the end of the glass though nothing really stand out memorable, it’s just another lager beer.

Unlike some other posters, I got a big 3 finger head, although it was frothy and didn’t stick around. The appearance and aroma are very clean, light malt dominates. Taste is light, mouthfeel thin. The flavours ARE there, they just lack cojones. One for the ladies. No offense.

Finally tried this after a handful of enthusiastic recommendation. To be honest I’m disappointed. It’s a pretty boring pilsner, similar to Boundary Road or Mac’s offerings but more expensive. A little bit fruity, a little bit malty, some grass, too much carbonation and too light palate. Much prefer Pilsner Urquell which can be found cheaper.

A pretty clean pilsner with light citrus and tropical notes. Quite light on the palate.

500ml bottle with updated label, aroma is unassuming malt & hops, while the taste is luvly hoppy flavours & lingering without being overbearing as I sort of expected

Nice clear pour, limited hop aroma, mainly malt with some sweetness. Taste is clean as expected mainly dominated by malt character with a light lingering sweetness, maybe crystal malt? Overall a sessionable beer.

bottle at mondial 2014, mtl. hazy light yellow pour with a small white cap, minimal retention and lacing. pils but feels slightly grainy, husky cereals, peppery, grassy nobleness, flowers, white wine, yeast traces. average carbonation, light body, dry graqssy-very peppery finish. nz touch. and not entirely clean. but nice.
