RAYBOY01 (1654), Chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 5, 2005 Very drinkable APA with obvious Pacific Northwest hopping pretty strong in flavor and finish, but never out of balance with the caramel malting below. Cornfield (4412), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA May 24, 2005 Updated: Jul 5, 2005A decent offering from this brewpub, pouring a reddish-copper body with a very short-lived white head, it’s a got mild orange and grapefruit hops scent with a hint of caramel malt underneath. Medium-bodied, its flavor is fairly well-balanced between the hops and malts. Has a lightly bitter finish.

Harrisons Brewing Company, Orland Park, IL
frankenkitty (1834), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA May 21, 2005 This was served as a "seasonal", but I was told that it was brewed in honor of Harrison’s 7th anniversary, so I doubt it will be back every spring. Served as a pure red/amber with mild citrus hops/ lemon and nuts in the nose (which is better that a nose in the nuts). Flavor starts a little sour but mellows to a mildly bitter finish and a dry ending.
