Pours a hazy yellow with a wilmy white head, citrusy nose with strawberry, sweet clover honey. Very good session beer. RAYBOY01 (1654), Chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 5, 2005 Very good (surprisingly) blond. Floral hopping and sweet malt and honey base. I am surprised. frankenkitty (1834), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Sep 3, 2005 A lightly-hazed bright-gold with a small & foamy white head that was quickly ring. Flavor was herbal hops and a lot of honey. Quite tasty, actually. Went down nice & easy. Nutty, metallic finish. If you like honey beers, this is better than J.W. Dundee’s Honey Brown.

Cornfield (4412), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jun 28, 2005 Updated: Jul 5, 2005I stopped in the brewpub for a quick beer on a hot summer day and forgot my rating notepad in the car. When I returned some twenty minutes later, all I could remember to jot down about it was "not offensive." Pale yellow with a decent white head, it had almost no aroma, just a faint scent of honey. Very mildly sweet in taste, there was little hint of malts, hops... anything. The finish was wet.

Harrisons Brewing Company, Orland Park, IL
