COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An Americanized version of a Belgian fruit beer, bearing an orange-yellow color with the delicious aroma of raspberry. We blend raspberry's natural flavor with rich malt sweetness derived from a mix of wheat and malted barley.

On-tap at this place...Pours an ugly dark murky hone gold, just ugly. A light tope head, not much going on there... The aroma is asisnely sweet, generic tart raspberries, tons of sugar, yuck... The taste is one of the most chemically plastic beers I’ve ever had. Raspberry cough syrup barrel aged in plastic, barf... The mouthfeel is bad, acidic and biting. Needless to say this is terrible and should be avoided.

Raspberry reddish.yellow haze color, berry nose. tastes like wheat with infused slight raspberry taste. No extract in this brew. Great session beer and could definitely try again. If I had to take a growler home, this would be the brew..

Draft @ Harrisons, Orland Park, IL. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity and slightly sweetish raspberry aroma. Sweetish fruity raspberry flavor. Has a fruity sweetish raspberry finish.

Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Orland Park, Illinois. Pours a cloudy, dark yellow color with a pervasive thick white head, nose of baked bread and raspberry jam, lightly wheaty with lots of breadiness and fruitiness. Tart in the end. Pretty good.

The fruity flavor has been toned down from past years, but it doesn’t make it more enjoyable to drink.

Draft sampler. Well, there’s certainly raspberry here, but what else. A Belgian would be inherently fruity in taste, and just adding an overwhelming flavor like raspberry would just blow it away. Cloudy like a wit, no doubt, and as I go through the sampler while writing this, I am starting to pick a bit staled hops taste that I wouldn’t expect. Bland, but certainly no disaster.

Lightly hazy and pale yellow in color with some rising bubbles. Aroma consists of strawberries, raspberry jam and rose tea. Flavor ensues with a sugary charge. Lemon bite in a small sense and something suspiciously familiar with raspberry flavored seltzer water. Better than expected, for what it’s worth.

They have no business experimenting at this brewpub. Tastes like raspberry NEHI and has the same over-carbonation, but the tickling distracted me from the flavor, so I bumped up the palate a point in gratitude.

Cloudy and wheat-colored with a ring for a head. Raspberry aromas (go figure). Sour fruit flavors, with the berries tasting like an integral part of the beer (as opposed to their Blueberry Wheat). Dry finish. Refreshing.
