Cask conditioned at Birmingham Beer Fest 13. Chestnut with ruby hue and off white head. A rich, smooth beer, quite like a ruby mild in character, silky chocolate malt notes nicely amalgamated with the other flavours. There is a late fruity, fructose sweetness. A very pleasant beer.
