The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel and butter, leading to a dry slightly roasted and slightly bitter end. Chestnut colour, slightly cloudy. Malty, hint of diacetyl. Roasted aftertaste. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Mar 14, 2005 Draught. Amber coloured. Very light colour for a Dunkel. Light malty aroma. Apple notes in the flavour. Rather dry finish. Bland.
