MoritzF (4019), Ruhrpott, Germany Sep 4, 2008 (bottle) Clear, brown colour with a short off-white foamy head. Sweet roast-malty aroma with caramel, a touch of liquorice and cacao. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Robust roast-malty taste with caramel, liquorice and subtle (dried) fruity elements; moderately sweet and roasty bitter finish with a shy hoppy touch. Okay, a Bock of decent quality (24.04.07).
