Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 4, 2004 A deep red beer with a small disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet caramel where the flavor mixes in roasted bread and hop bitterness. An OK schwarzbier - but nothing special - served way too cold in what is supposed to be one of Denmarks best pubs?!? Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, orangey brown with a dense, beige head. Distinct aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with roasted malt and caramel notes. Still ends fairly dry. Quite a pleasant Dunkel. 111106 yespr (8540), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 25, 2008 From tap.
