Commercial Description:
A gem among wheat beers. Pale, fruity and heartwarming. Traditionally top-fermented, it is conditioned in the bottle with finest yeast to make a delightfully drinkable, sparkling wheat beer.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry esters and banana fruity. Flavour is medium dry estery and wheaty. Mild bubblegum note. Goes quite dry towards the fnih yet with a persisting estery bubblegum note.

Cask at Akkurat, STHLM. Hazy yellow and a white head. Lot´s of banana in the aroma. Flavor is svweet and banana, citrus.

Bottle. Typical German wheat. Yeast, banana, clove, wheat, slightly sweet, light to medium bodied. Quite refreshing if a little bit unexciting.

Aroma of bananas and wheat/grains. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, white head. Taste is sweetish, watery with bananas, some yeast and some citrus. Fresh.
