@ Sandkerwa. Hazy dirty blonde with a fluffy ice cream head. Yeasty, malty nose with light banana. The flavour is tart with light banana and yeast, all in good balance.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits and some caramel as well. Flavour is quite much the same. A very pleasant and wellbalanced Hefeweizen.

Bottle conditioned, bought at Fabeers in York. Cloudy lemon gold, thick fluffy white longlasting head and moderate condition. Plenty of banana and esters in the nose but with little to balance it, faint suggestion of smoke develops. Full bodied in the mouth with notes of honey, yeast and bananas and a distant fruity raspberry note. Ester and yeast in the finish with some powderiness. Middle of the road weissbier.

Hazy dark orange colour with big white head. Yeast, banana, grain, cereal, toffee and bubblegum in aroma. Quite a perfect combination for nose. Flavour is a bit simpler. Sweet caramel, grain, some mild bitterness, banana and hints of yeast. After all this is very good and balanced Weißbier.

Hazy amber wheat with a moderate head. The aroma has good notes of banana just like the flavour, that also have notes of other fruits, sweetness, wheat and a very light bitter finish. The notes could have more power, but it’s a very nice weiss.

bottle from Fränkisches Getränkeland Münchberg. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Full-bodied, malty-wheaty base with a nice yeasty character and a fruity touch (banana and mango). Smooth palate. Good!

Bottled. Dark yellow, cloudy, creamy small head. Classic banana aroma. Sweet and reasonably firm. Very traditional.

Bottled: Hazy yeollow color, rocky, white head. Wheaty nose, fruity, some banana and yeast. Flavor is spicy, tart and light fruity. Quite tasty.

Very carbonated hazy golden beer, with both orange and greenish highlights; good dense & creamy off-white head. Cloves, some banana & citrus. Coriander-y without it being it really. Fruit (banana/citrus) aromas get more intense warming up, getting more and more fusels-filled. Dry-bitterish taste, quite some fusels. Less fruity than the nose suggests. Spices, cloves but also root-spices. Fusels and esters (not very fruity ones) again, even something fishy. Carbonation makes it nearly Champenoise , but it is quite dry at the same time. Wheat slickness. A bit better than average Weisse. Not overly ideomatic.
