color:pale yellow bit hazy flat tiny head
Taste: bit swee,t spices ,lemon
Could work watery refreshment on hot spring day as today. Very distant relative for my favorite wheat beers.
Kavu (74), Jyväskylä, Finland Nov 29, 2008 Pours somewhat hazy yellow with a very light head. Aroma has some lemon and so does the flavor, which has some wheat too. Great for a hot summer day. yespr (7833), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 28, 2008 50 cL can, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours unclear orange with a fully diminished head. Mild spiced and light wheaty aroma. Wit like flavoured with coriander and mild citrusy note to a mild wheaty base flavour. Smooth wheaty finish and lingering spiced. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 8, 2008 (Can 50 cl) Courtesy of oh6gdx. Hazy pale golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of coriander. Light in body with a soft mouthfeel, fruity with spicy coriander notes. No bitterness. Comes out almost completely like a Belgian Wit. 041008 MiP (6337), Flensburg, Germany Oct 4, 2008 Can, 4.5%. Quite sweet teaish aroma, coriander and citrus. Cloudy yellow colour, small white head. The flavour also has the coriander, hint of citrus. More like a wit than a pale lager. MitchWayne (120), Kokkola, Finland Aug 21, 2008 Coriander in the nose with some vague yeast notes, not too inviting. Lemon taste with some fruits, the mouthfeel is soapy and too carbonated. Faiils to be refreshing for me but still quite okay, even if I would rather have a Hoegaarden instead.
