Commercial Description:
This summery wheat ale is brewed with 50/50 blend of German Pilsner malt and malted white wheat producing a light and crisp flavor. Left unfiltered to produce a golden haze and sublte fruity flavor.

At the moon. A decent american wheat that lost its goodness as time went on. First sip was refreshing, but then the lageryness took over. A decent beer, but they could do better.

08.13.05 Tap at brewpub. Hazed golden, small but sticky white head. Light and tart. Oddly lagery tasting wheat beer. Bit citrus, especially at end.
