08.12.05 Tap at very crowded brewpub. Light apricot taste. Nice apricot aroma. Not overly apricot-y or sweet. A solid summer drinker

08.13.05 Tap at brewpub. Lightly hazed golden with lasting white fuzz. Surprising tang and definite apricot from nose to swallow keep it interesting. But a toasted grain maltiness sticks a breakfast cereal noodle in my head that just won’t quit. Never gets too sweet, even on this hot day. Nice beer; light and not overdone.
