Commercial Description:
Our triple is brewed with 825 lbs. of German pilsner malt lending a deceivingly pale complexion and medium body. Don?t be fooled, the addition of pure Belgian candy sugar helped boost this beer to 8.2% alcohol content. Belgian Abbey yeast gives this beer its unique fruity flavor and aroma characteristics, while the Czech Saaz hops add to its spicy floral bouquet.

sampler. Hazy orange with a medium head, medium carbonation. Aroma seemed mostly of spicy saazy hops to me, some malt showing through. Taste was somewhat phenolic, sweet, pears and apples coming through as well as banana, with spices throughout the palate and a smooth finish. pretty good.

Thin head with good carbonation. Sweet malts in the aroma with a little bit of honey. Dark golden orange in color. Thick, sweet and malty with a strong alcohol kick. Some butter flavor in there also. Very good stuff.

yellow hazy liquid with a fresh off white head that was gone as soon as the glass hit the table. slight spice nose of saaz hop. palate was full of spice and rock candy flavors, dried apples, and ester attitude. soapy end feel with a pinch of hope. quite drinkeable.

Very sweet and easy to drink triple. Very light colored ale. Easy to drink. The sweetness is its selling point. Good job Harvest.
