Commercial Description:
Try our darker version of wheat beer during the colder winter months. Brewed with a combination of pale, toasted wheat, and chocolate malts. Fermented with the traditional German yeast strain lending a touch of spice and hints of banana and clove.

Deep hazed brown, creamy light tan head. Nose held notes of musty pumernickel, banana, clove, and hints of chocolate. Clove forward flavor with underlying bready bananas and mild chocolate. Very well balanced throughout. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, spiced, lightly bitter finish. Good stuff...

on tap-pours an off white head and brown color. Aroma is banana, musty medium malt. Taste is banana, musty medium malt. Nice. OK effervescence.
