Commercial Description:
Our E.S.B. style Amber Ale is brewed with a unique combination of the finest English and American malt and hops, these rich malts produce a sharp, full bodied brew with a deep red-amber hue. Plentiful additions of assorted boldly flavored hops maintain its balance with an assertive bitterness and pleasant aromatics.

Sweet, bitter, dry like a Western Massachusetts Appalachian morning, with mist. I approve, to tell the truth, would appreciate this at the end of a long hike. (The end of their sampler will have to do.) Didn’t see quite the similarity to Triumph Amber that Tsarman did.

Amber in color but you might guess that. Malt and hops do well together in this one. I’m a fan. This wraps up my Harvest Moon sampler. Respect.

Draft at the Brew Pub. Cloudy brown colored ale. Not that enjoyable: too bitter, too thin, an off cardboard flavor.

A decent amber ale. Decent amount of hoppiness, but still an easy beer to drink. Similar to Triumphs Amber.

NJ Brewers Fest. Gold color with smallish head. A bit sweet and not the slightest bit of bitterness. Did have a bit of a smoked taste.
