Rciesla (1136), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 29, 2008 Draft. Pours an orange golden body with a light white head. Sweet malt then lots of citrus, appricots, and green hop resin. Nice etoh warming. Decent brew. decaturstevo (1335), decatur, Tennessee, USA Oct 9, 2008 Hazed orange/gold pour with tan head and lace. Medium malt and citrus hops. very nice malt/hops balance. Medium carbonation and body. Hops were nice on this beer a strange sorta after taste kept it from being higher. dpjuart (608), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA May 28, 2008 Draft sample at brewpub. I was looking forward to this. Hazy orange with white head. Nose is a battle between American, and English hops. Taste is much the same with a thin, sugary malt bacground. Earth and citrus hop flavors battle ont eh tongue leaving an odd bitter flavor at the end. Just way too much going on here. Need to tone it down. I dig the experimentation, but too many differing hop flavors. Ma do well with a bit of age on it. The taste grows on you, but I’m too weirded out after expecting a big, in your face American DIPA. Not bad. Jine (883), Nutley, New Jersey, USA Apr 3, 2008 3.30.08 This, of course, was a pretty standard IIPA. It’s good but its main attraction is the hops, and it’s done fairly well. rman18 (178), South Amboy, New Jersey, USA Feb 25, 2008 This rating isn’t fair because I am not a huge fan of IPA’s. That being siad this beer is orangy, cloudy. The taste is fruitful and reminded me of Apricots. Strong Alcohold taste but went down smooth. One of the better IPA’s I have tried - but doesn’t beat a good stout.
