May 24, 2006 on tap-pours a tan head. Color is brown with red tint. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, dark malt. Taste follows with secondary hops. Nice, although not my taste.

Mar 21, 2005 Nice chocolate malt/dusty-bitter cocoa nose, taste some weak coffee notes, chewy aftertaste. Very drinkable, nice malty aroma, just rough enough to ask you to pay attention to it.

Feb 25, 2005 On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a dark reddish/brown color with a smaller off white head. Aromas and tastes of chocolate. Lightly bitter. Some coffee in the finish. There was a nice hop presence as well.
