COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in memory of Deputy Chief James D'Heron of the New Brunswick Fire Dept. A portion of every sale will be donated to The Children's Burn Camp of the Connecticut Burns Care Foundation. An Irish-style red ale brewed with emphasis on balance. Malty-sweet accents from Vienna malt blend nicely with a variety of English hops leaving a clean, crisp finish. Rich caramel malt and a touch of roasted barley lends an appealing deep red hue.

On draft at the Brewery poured a beautiful clear amber with creamy off white head that left some lacing ... starts of with little sweet taste slight caramel and then hoppy but both are balanced with a little hop aftertaste clean taste good stuff

Tap @ the brewpub. The beer was a deep chestnut color with an almost white head. The aroma was malty with some toasty notes and sweaty hops. The flavor was malty with some sweetness but otherwise not much going on.

Draft Sample at brewpub. Red with white head. Caramel and slight chocolate nose. Taste is big caramel with chocolate notes, slight raisin and a good, clean hop bitterness. Good stuff.

A balanced aroma, not too hoppy but a bit of malt. Head pours average with a good white color and good lacing. Clear amber golor, a bit of a copper look. Initially sweat, then a good hops flavor. Medium body.

Dark amber, creamy off white head. Nose was well roasted with notes of nutty earth, florals, and hints of milk chocolate. Well balanced flavor with a light hop and caramel chocolate malt mix. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bittersweet finish. Nicely done....

Sampler from the hand pump. Pours a translucent golden amber with an average creamy off white head. Aroma was toasty, nutty, some sweet caramel, light citrus hops and grains. Flavors of the same...actually a nice balance of the malts and hops. Liked the way how this one came together.
