Bottle sample at Calgary beer fest. Cloudy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of coriander bubblegum. Taste is similar, with spice up front.

Pours clear dark gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with medium retention and light lacing. Aroma is coriander and bubble gum, biscuit and wheat malt with spicy hops. Flavor is spice dominant, wheat and biscuit malt, fruity esters and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

On tap. Pale yellow with a thin white head. Scent is citrus and sweet malts. Taste is grainy with some citrus and spice.

Bottle from Liquid Planet, Missoula. Pours clear golden with a modest off-white head and a banana aroma. There is a watery and fruity pale malt flavor with some banana ester and a carbonated finish.

Pours a nice golden color with bubbly smallish white head. Smell is nice, corriander and citrus. Taste is much of the same sweet up front followed by corriander and lots of orange. Smooth easy drinking Belgian Wit.

355ml brown bottle. Hazy pale gold colour, cloudy, some tiny floaties. Fat and creamy white head. Sticky lacing. Nose has orange peels, coriander. Taste is lemony, yeasty, wheaty, sweet citrus. Dry finish, light spice, faint hops. Light body, tingly carbonation. Nice looking beer, fairly typical wit flavour. Pretty decent overall.

Draft. Pale, rich yellow served with an orange slice. Spicy white pepper, wheat, funky herb over wheat ale funk. Very dry, no juice or fruit comes through on this, very peppery.

It’s a beltian. A little too sweet, too much coriander, and too much orange though. No more than one at a time or my head is splitting in two.

Bottle. Pale cloudy yellow with porous white head. Light Arima with more pepper less banana and thin yeast. Dirty pepper and thin banana flavour.
