Commercial Description: BIG BONED STOUT - Full of body, brewed with pale and English dark malts for a rich, dark, roasted brew that's never bitter. This is a very smooth stout ale unlike the common oatmeal or highly roasted, dry varieties.
On Tap @ Harvest Moon Tasting Room - Pours a nice jet black color, with a creamy reddish brown head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, and smoke. Flavor is a nice blend of coffee and chocolate with a nice bitter smoke aftertaste.
