Full on hopped but a bit thin and bland for the style. Pours a light golden orange with a soapy off white head. The nose is citrussy and fresh with floral and grassy notes. A bit malty with moderate hops and light resinous smack. A bit boring overall.

Can. The look is hazy, off white head, and bronze in color. The smell is hops, grass, caramel, throw up, and fruit. The taste is fruity, sweet, grassy, hops, and ok.

16oz can, purchased from Brennanís in Madison during GTMW. Mostly hazy amber color. Good finger of off-white / khaki head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation, nice creamy texture. Light slick finish. Easy to drink. Thereís a bigger caramel malt presence and sweetness, but it doesnít really bother me at all here. Thereís enough good hop to balance it out. Nice piney, kind of herbal hop aroma, and moderate caramel malt. Lightly peppery. Good bigger bitter taste, balanced by light to moderate sweet. Full, kind of slick mouthfeel. This seems like normally the type of thing Iíd not be a fan of, but the taste works well for some reason. Alcohol is pretty well hidden, less of a bite than others this gravity. Pretty enjoyable drinkable balanced DIPA. Great to enjoy with my sandwich.

12oz bottle pours with a copper body, thin gold edges and a slight haze while supporting a thin white head. The aroma offers up pine hops, sweet malts and sort of a caramel toffee note. Not a very hoppy aroma. The taste is big with pine hop bitterness and hop resin that is filled around the edges with a less than desirable sweet red apple note as well as grapefruit and floral hops. This is nice and hoppy and resiny with bitterness but the ester and floral and citrus notes just donít fit in with the sticky pine hoppiness.

Found at Brennans in Wisconsin. Not a huge imperial, but that makes it easy drinking.

Bottle sample at Calgary beer fest. Clear amber color, white head. Nice floral aroma. Taste is not too bitter for a DIPA.

Bottle: Dark copper/amber pour with a large sandy head. Nose is floral, herbal, and pine. Hints of a malty sweetness, but mosty hops. Taste is mostly floral hops, but there is a strong herbal and earthy presence... reminds me of rye. Sort of a dirty IPA. Iíve had this a few times now, as itís fairly common in eastern MT, but itís no world beater.

Pours clear orange with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is pine and citrus hops, biscuit and toast malt with peach and pear esters. Flavor is moderate hops and medium bitterness, medium fruity esters, sweet malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
