Poured amber with a tan head. Pretty good retention. Smells like sazz hops, german malts, caramel and grain. Taste is solid with a good caramel presense. Mouthfeel is watery yet pleasant. Sazz hops come though in the finish. Pretty nice stab at the style.

Nov 6, 2007 on tap-pours a light tan head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt-peat. Taste is medium malt-peat/some sweetness, secondary/faint hops, yeast-some fruit. OK/mild carbonation.
