Capa (720), Yokosuka, Japan Sep 19, 2007 @ GJBF 2007. Brown with a large head. Aroma of caramel malts, grass hops, yeast, and some toasted malts. Flavor is mostly grass and earth malts, light caramel malts. Very little, if any, roasted malts. It’s an alright schwrz but flavor is too strong of grass and earth tones.
