A fine old ale / barleywine that has aged with grace. Would have been interesting to see how this brew tasted fresh. This makes for a perfect dessertbeer or just something to sip at late at night. Very nice! JK54B (399), Finland Sep 14, 2008 Nice clear ruby colour. Small beige head. Some hints of madeira, prunes and raisins in the taste. Sweetness. A nice one.
