Complex and excellent. beerbill (1918), Laurel, New York, USA Feb 10, 2008 2003 Vintage. 11.2 oz. bottle. Pours an opaque black with absolutely no head. This stout appears to be still. Strong aroma of cognac, raisins, and bitter chocolate. The flavor is dominated by strong soy sauce which overwhelms the other flavors which inlcude tobacco, alcohol, and bitter chocolate.
