2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 8/20 Maria (9570) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2010
Bottle. It’s pitch black with a nougat-brown, huge and creamy head. Sadly there is a strong note of sewer and barnyard alongside with roasted malt, dark fruits and licorice in the aroma. The mouthfeel is oily and nice. The flavour has a light sweetness and the same annoying notes of sewer and barnyard, but also roasted malt, yeast, light dark fruits and licorice. I’m pretty sure this could have been really nice...
