Cask - Hazy amber body, small white creamy head; Very balanced malty, hoppy nose, there are some fresh warm fruit; The head is super creamy when it touches you lips (uhhhh) and the texture of the body follows up just as smooth and creamy, flat but a little very sharp bitterness make it fell like it almost has carbonation; It finishes very long with a weird balance between the still creamy texture and a very dry bitterness, lots of sweet fruity aromas, peach as the most powerful and lasting forever.

Cask@The Market Porter, Borough, London. Quite bitter, with lots of green hop characters. Earthy malt/hop notes, with some slightly sappy citric hops, quite dry and bitter in the finish.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen.
Orange golden colored, white head. Mild fruity and grassy aroma with only a vague hoppyness. Dry and a bit rancid in the flavor. Fruit, peaches and hop. Pretty ordinary like many English bitters, but drinkable.

Hazy amber color. Very grassy hop aroma. Quite malty, a bit of hoppy fruitness, strongly hopped but still mellow. Excellent.

[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is flowery hoppy with slight notes of lemon. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy combined with citrus and a slight sticky toffee note.
