[Cask at Royal Oak, London] A deep red beer with a fine small light brown head. The aroma is slightly sweet malty. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel and roasted bread, but the body is thin.

Cask at the Royal Oak, London
Dark amber color to brown, thin persistent head. Light aroma, malt and wood. Very round mouthfeel for a Mild, malty, with a fair amount of caramel, and a very balanced final. Good.

Cask at Pilot, Maidstone, dark ruby, vague yeasty nose, some malt and yeasty finish, bit bland to be honest
