Bottled. Pours a dark brown, almost black, with a small tan head. Malt and molasses aromas. Flavours are sweet, of malt and syrup, with a dry finish and hint of coffee. The low alcohol obviously makes this very light bodied, but there are enough flavours make up for that.

Bottled 04/05/12. A black beer with a tiny off-white pool of head. Sweet for sure. Sugary with licorice notes. Low alcohol obviously. Sticky sweetness. A nice occassional tipple but you wouldn’t want more than one of these. has a sugary cola feel.

Pours dark brown with thin tan head. Nose is predominantly fruity. Zesty orange, brown sugar, roasted malt, metallic. Taste is a bit sourish. Roasted malt, lots of brown sugar and a sort of metallic flavour. Nothing much on the finish other than a fizzyish brown sugar sweetness.

Bottle 27,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy deep dark brown with an orange hue and a small light brown head. Roasted malt in the nose with a little sweet dried fruits. Light body, a little low in carbonation, sweetish roasted malt, fairly metallic. Subdued bitterness. Almost like a Mild Ale really. 050211

275ml bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Poured cola coloured with no head; light coffee aroma; really sweet flavour with perhaps a touch of coffee; and a slightly drier finish. True to style, but not to the majority of tastes nowadays.

En lätt och svag söt stout. Smakar svagdricka. Mycket söt och lite sliskig. Fina rostade malttoner finns dock under all sötma.
