COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

Pours golden with a decent but transient head. Some citrusy hoppy aroma. No bitterness and only moderate spice. Little carbonation, perhaps due to less CO2 in bottling. Overall, a nice pick, very drinkable.

Dobre tresciwe blond ale. Przypominalo klasycznego angielskiego Bittera. Piana niewielka, malenka, kolor zlocisty. Zapach lekko kwiatowy pochodzacy od chmieli. W smaku rozmaryn, jasmin i egzotyczne kwaskowe owoce. Ciekawe i tresciwe piwo.

Butelka 0.5L.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2014 Name suggests an English ESB, but is an European blonde, noble type hops are light floral but must be used heavily. The lager malt gives a solid biscuity base note. Well balanced and enjoyable. Drank with RD while Carol planned a gypsy caravan.
