"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

The description made this sound like the perfect brew, but I was left feeling extremely let down. All I could feel in the mouth was bubbles. Hints of hops but nothing to write home about. All I can say is that I only chilled it for 20 minutes or so before drinking it, and I don’t think it was enough, I will definitely give it another go, but my overall feeling was that it tasted like a decent lager, nothing more. And as everybody knows, lager that hasn’t been properly chilled is absolutely undrinkable.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a very thin off-white head that diminished almost immediately. Aromas of caramel, mineral notes, light green tea, and grapefruit. Light bodied and easy drinking with citrusy grapefruit notes up front, caramel, excellent minerality, and spice in the finish. This is an excellent session beer. BIG thumbs up.

Half liter bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a thin white head that quickly fades. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, faint hops. The taste is big citrus hops, lemon, candied lemon, grapefruit, some further non-descript fruity notes, mild caramel malt and tea. Medium bodied. low carbonation, lingering bitterness. Decent enough.

Surprisingly golden in colour with good carbonation but only a temporary head. Aromatic hoppiness that smells of citrus and fragrant orchard-fruit and flowers. It is bright, fruity and punchy and then has a good twinge of bitterness that carries the flavour onward well. This is tasty stuff.

500ml bottle. Toronto, Ontario. Pours a translucent golden body with a small white head. It has a citrusy and floral aroma. What a refreshing citrusy and exotic fruity taste. Well balanced hoppy finish. Light - medium carbonation. I had low expectations for this beverage but it tasted amazing.

Golden coloured with little head. Has a very balanced hop texture and taste with plenty of fruits evident. It gets it right on its label advertising spice and zest, although there’s much more of the latter than the former.
