COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

Light, clear golden ale with a small, fizzy head. Lemon citrus aroma with notes of green tea?. Perfectly balanced and very drinkable with hints of lemon and Bushell’s. Light-bodied, but smooth with good carbonation. Crisp, clean finish. I’ll be having some more of these this summer.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Nose is lemony malt (if this is possible). Yellow beer with small lasting white head. Hardly any carbonation. Medium bodied with chalky mouthfeel, intense bitterness fades to floral hop finish. Very nice.

Bottle from Don Quijote Shibuya store for what I think was only 157 yen. Pours clear, obviously filtered amber. Almost no head and low carbonation. Well, that’s actually what the descriptions is saying here. Aroma is quite subtle, just a bit of fresh caramel and freshly cut grass. Taste is really soft at first, low carbonation contributes to velvety mouthfeel I guess. Goes down easily and seems to have only some caramel and not much more... until the aftertaste reveals some fruitiness and also hops kick in and lingering dry bitterness coats your mouth. Actually better than I expected, has some tricks, pretty nice session beer. Would love to get this from cask.

Beer poured a nice light clear orange color with a white head the quickly disappeared. The bottle clamed "Aromatic" however I found there to be little aroma. A nice balance of malt and citrus notes, just really had to search for them. Taste was nice with a touch of sweetness from caramel malts balanced by a good dose of bitterness. Some citrus notes at the back of the palate. Medium body that finished a little bit o the dry side making the beer very refreshing. Overall a very sessionable, balanced beer.

33cl bottle at home. Clear golden with a small white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Pretty bitter with some sweet accents. Malts, citrus, caramel and grain. An ok refreshing brew.

Pours a clear copper colour, pillowy head. Lively carbonation. Citrus and caramel malt aroma. Lemon and caramel up front, english hopping in the background, slightly metallic in the finish.

Bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Mill Road. Light sienna born, clear. Simple aroma of caramel and agave syrup. The taste is sweet throughout, and to be honest it gets a little bit sickly at the end. Too carbonated in the bottle for my liking. It’s ok, but not as good as I was expecting or hoping.

Bottle from local market. Copper clear. Crisp malty, some caramels, light herby english- style lemony hops. Nice bodied, nice refeshing. Clean, caramels, nice citrussy notes. Havent had one of these in years, but glad to see its still as good. After all the carpeting today, this really hits the spot.

Bottle. Brought round ours by Pater. Clear, dark gold. Barely a head. Fusty malts. Noble hops. Bit of spice. I used to like this on draught. Either it’s changed, or I have. It’s ok. Bit malty and sweet. Bit dull, really.
