fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Oct 6, 2006 Listed this as 5 %. Golden color with no head. Very floral, citric, perfume hop aroma. Tast is very long and hoppy. harrisoni (6703), Ashford, Kent, England Jul 1, 2005 Cask at a pub/hotel somewhere in Glen Devon. Had a couple of pints of this with fish and chips on a Friday lunchtime and instantly became one of my favourite Harviestoun beers. It has the typical Harviestoun american hops on the nose, but has more of a rounded malty flavour than Bitter and Twisted, but there is still the nice citrus flavours. Excellent ante (2904), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 25, 2003 (sampled cask conditioned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden) Amber with some haze. Small but very creamy white head. Hops, flowers and some tropical fruit in aroma. Smooth and quite fruity mouthfeel (citrus, guava). Hoppy and intense (but way to short) finish. Ok. SilkTork (4151), Rochester, Kent, England Aug 13, 2003 Gravity Cask, Kent Beer Festival. Nice balance. Fruity, yet with a sharp, refreshing tang. Sweet aroma - floral citric hops. Tasty. Sweet. duff (5474), Surrey, Greater London, England Jul 27, 2003 A modestly hopped IPA, some hop aromatics. Sweet start, with some lightly acidic, bittering hops at the end. Not bad. I had written that the finish was a bit short. (Cask KentBF03') Nuffield (2718), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jul 27, 2003 Festival booklet listed this at 4.1% but those have been known to have been wrong. Very floral, perfume hop aroma. Golden standard color. There is some edge to the flavor. Short, with lingering unpleasant effect. A sourness comes through to modify the palate a bit. (gravity pour at 2003 Kent Beer Festival) omhper (12147), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 7, 2003 Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
Pale amber, lightly hazy. Orangey hoppy nose. Sweet and medium bodied, rather soft. Flowery finish with intense pine needle bitterness.
