Bottled, Pasteurised. Golden colour with a thin head, little carbonation (intentional). Light and hoppy which always seems difficult in a pasteurised bottled beer, floral green flavour and a long crisp finish.

nigos (631) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - FEB 25, 2004
Golden lager like appearance with a foamy fast disappating head. Hoppy floral nose with a hint of perfume. Crisp floral hoppy taste with a bitter lasting finish. A good beer with bags of hops.

rauchbier (3655) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2004
Bottled. Gold, thin but lasting white head and quite low condition, although that is the intention. Sweet malt and grapefruity citrus hops in the nose. Fruity hops in the mouth with some slightly herbal notes and a suggestion of strawberries with warming. Quite dry and hop bitter in the finish.

citrusy hop aroma, golden in colour with a very small white head, quite hughly hopped with citrus and biscuity notes, very crisp, bitter finish, a refreshing brew.

Light English bitter appearance with a slightly sweet citric aroma and a hopped citric flavour. Overall a good quality beer.
