Mar 19, 2005 Bottled. Dark golden colour with nice foamy white head. Very fruity aroma with hints of caramel. Flavour was more hoppy than I expected, but still very wellbalanced. The finish was quite sweet and left the mouth a bit sticky. Had the fortune to find one bottle of this in a local small shop. Would buy more if they happen to get more, the shopowner didn’t know by the point I bought this.

May 4, 2004 Bottled, Pasteurised. Golden beer with a carbonated bubbly head, short lived. Harder oily resin hoppy beer, sharp and tangy, almost acidic. A grapefruit peel note throughout with a sharp coating finish.

Jul 7, 2003 Dark golden with a white creamy head. Beautiful aroma. Fresh red apples, pear with some toffee and lime. Taste is slightly hoppy and creamy. Has some great fruitness. Red apples, strwberries, flowers, honey and toffee. Aftertaste is flowery, delicate and very smooth.
