2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Kalli (502) - Falun, - AUG 26, 2010
Malty caramel on the aroma. Average, on the full side, in the mouth with some caramel malt, a bit of alcohol making its presence felt and then bitter hops and spiciness... let’s call that pepper on the finish.

On cask at The Crystal Palace, Glasgow. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Aroma of pine, passion fruit, mango and caramel. Similar flavours. Quite bitter with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Nice.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 BeerSkull (678) - SWEDEN - SEP 20, 2011
Tart and sweet fruit scent with elements of sour caramel. Malt taste with hints of tangy caramel and alcohol. Long bitterness in the finish. Tasty but with a strange flavor that is more interesting than good!
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 Vignale (913) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2011
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 TheJestersBeer (808) - SWEDEN - MAR 31, 2011
Bottle @ home. Pours a pale, golden straw, with a slight haze and a light white head. Aroma is clean with a medium maltiness, balanced floral hop notes, and elements of lemon and grapefruit peel. Off-dry on the palate, medium bodied, maltiness more pronounced here than on the nose, citrusy hop tones come back, with a growing, quite pronounced but balanced bitterness. Alcohol comes through a bit too much in the aftertaste, though. Highly enjoyable session beer, albeit on the strong side. Quite true to the Harviestoun style. More of a ’Wrathchild’ than a ’Powerslave’... (Rated on 2010-08-03.)

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 MikeKeller (423) - Kemi Rock City, FINLAND - SEP 3, 2010
Böttle from Systembolagen. Golden colour with white bubbly head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Taste is quite bitter with decent maltyness. Feels a bit harsh and too alcoholic. Not bad but for an Über Metal Edition could be more exciting brew.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 gyllenbock (1920) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2010
Bottle.
Clear golden with a small white foam. Weak aroma with some fruit, bread, hay and metal. The same in the taste. Thin with some rather strange things in the aftertaste. Not the best beer out there.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Fungrim (52) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 27, 2010
Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium head that dissipates quickly. Slightly dry nose, with some berries hidden at the back. Pleasant though. Alcohol, dry wood and bitterness in the taste. Medium smooth body with a lingering bitterness at the end. But the alcohol taste really destroys it, what have they done, taken an English ale and forced it up to 6+ ABV? Not very pleasant at all.
