3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Dark black, like oil. No head. Smells like burnt wood. Initially tastes like ashes, but there is no finishing flavor. It’s a decent experience, but I wouldn’t buy again.

Wow was a great beer. A very strong taste to it, and long lasting taste, but well balanced that makes you keeping wanting more until next thing you know the bottle is empty.

Bottle at the John=Jim Den Haag tasting, Den Haag. Poured a deep, very dark mahogany with a thin tan head. The aroma is rich and peaty. The flavour is huge bitter, lots of liqourice and dark chocolate. The bitterness is alcoholic, but well controlled. A superb beer.
