COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Swedish Pale Ale especially brewed to celebrate 1500 beers at Akkurat and Oliver Twist. Over & Out was my last brew before retiring from the brewery I started. My thanks to Jörgen and Sten after 10 years of taking Harviestoun brews. Happy drinking! / Ken Brooker

Cask@Oliver Twist. Hazy amber colour, big creamy white head, lots of lace. Aroma of flowery hops and toffee. Flavour is mainly flowery hops, but with some wooden and toffeeish hints also kicking in. Great balance, and one of the best casks I have had so far.

[Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm] Hazy golden colour. Tropical fruits and alcohol in aroma. Big fruity flavour profile, with notes of apricots. Medium bitter. The alcohol presence makes it a bit unbalanced. Still tasty.

Cask at Oliver Twist – Super beautiful unclear golden body with a very, very creamy white head that lasts all the way though, leaving laces all the way down the glass; Huge exotic flowery hoppy nose, with some pine and very little dough behind, very pleasant but a little 1-dimensional; creamy, exceptionally pleasant body, very soft, well balanced, but again a bit 1-dimensional; moves smoothly into a long finish, that looses it fell way to fast because of being almost to soft, but after just 1 second it explodes in bitterness: orange peel, pine but above all loads of flowers that lasts forever.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear amber colour. Fresh, fruity and aromatic hop aroma grapefruit and lemon rind. Mango, starfruit, green grapes and grapefruit in the flavour. Really bitter finish. Very good and drinkable.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm 30 Apr) Colour is pale amber, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Nose is very fruity and hoppy, sweetish with notes of grapefruit, mandarin and mango. Taste is fruity with grapefruit and blood oranges and a long, very hoppy, finish. A bit on the sweet side but with a lovely fruity, hoppy character. The alcohol is well hidden behind the full taste, which makes it deceptively drinkable, Nice!

Cask @ Oliver Twist, Stockholm
Intense aroma of tropical fruits, as usual per Harviestoun brews. Soft and slightly malty taste initially. Then the bulldozer hits you right in the face. Hops, hops and hops. Wow. Very grapefruity. Like juice concentrate, almost. Intense. Slightly sweet and dangerously strong. Thought it was a session ale at first...

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2006 Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear amber. Concentrated citric hop aroma. Sweet and full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Potent and fruity. More bold, but perhaps less refined than I’m used to from this awesome brewer. Very bitter finish with plenty of salt and tar.
