Draft at Eulogy. Poured a very cloudy pale amber with an overflowing frothy head that left lots of lace. Looks a bit of a muddle. Grassy floral hops. Soft lemon pith. Wheat beer aged in oak. Some mild Brett funk. Not feeling much Bourbon here though there is a slight peaty sweetness in the background. Tastes like Lemon Meringue pie.

On tap at Porter. Pours a hazy golden amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice grassy note with a hint of light fruit and backing light bourbon. Flavor begins with sweet and tlight fruit but grows in dryness and has a bit of bourbon and sweet grains.

A slightly cloudy golden color with a white head. Some sweet pale malt, a lot of yeast, and a hint of smoke/char from the barrel. A hint of bourbon, some wood, and a bit of grass and flowers. Mild fruit esters. The flavor is sweet and biscuity. Some toasted bread, a bit of apple and pear, and floral hops. A light smokiness, some charred oak, and a hint of whiskey.
