The Mid Atlantic Ridge is where two tectonic plates meet at almost the midpoint between America and Scotland. With this Geological symmetry in mind, we’ve created a union between American amarillo and British hops to produce a distinctive US style ale with Scottish origins, quaffable with a seismic depth of flavour.
Hops East Kent Goldings, Fuggles, Apollo, Amarillo
Malts Wheat malt, lager malt

Extremamente lupulada tanto no sabor quanto no gosto. O gosto varia entre força do amargor e um alto grau cítrico. O sabor forte cria confusão no paladar.

berkshirejohn (4532) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 26, 2014
50cl bottle from Tesco, Cannonmills, Edinburgh. Straw coloured with a thin white head; traditional English hop aroma; strongly bitter taste - woody and resinous, with just a hint of paint stripper; and a long earthy bitterness to finish. An assertively hoppy beer.
