COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional. Also available bottled.
Originally brewed as a special beer for 656 Sqn Army Air Corps. Interest has been high and feedback good, so brewing will continue but probably only 2/3 times per year.
May be rebranded as Ganges for the local market.

Cask - The White Lion, Norwich. Fine & fading bubbly white head atop an amber brown body. Tangerine & biscuit aromas. Similar on the tongue with slightly more emphasis on the biscuity malt note. Soft, light to medium body with a citrus hop finish and a lingering bready, biscuity sweetness.

Cask conditioned handpump Criterion Leicester. An amber coloured beer with a white bubbly head. A nice full bodied fruity beer. Oranges noted. Similar in the nose with just a sour edge. Surprisingly full bodied for its ABV and nicely tasty.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Served as ’Ganges’. Lightly hazy deep amber beer. Residual white head. Light dry palate, well balanced. Nice fresh orangey hops. Light and slightly floral. Palate is slightly dry.

A great frothy head, lightly cloudy particles, gorgeous amber tone, light caramal malt, moderately sweet, flowery and grapefruit notes, oily and creamy and excellent carbanation levels. This is an awesome English Pale Ale. On TOP CONDITION. I need to have this more often. Great beer and very promising Essex micro-brewery. Awesome. Rated with Chris O.
