COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Regular;
Our Best Bitter; Pale Malt, Crystal Malt and Roast Barley combine for a traditional copper coloured bitter flavoured with traditional Fuggles and Goldings hops.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Fin’s excellent Merton Beer Festival.
Rich amber with a thin white head and very good condition. Lovely fruit and peaty malt in the aroma plus a delicate sprinkling of hops. More earthy malt in the flavour with some decent fruity hops but they never quite balance and some how leave me dissatisfied. Dry peaty finish. Could be much better.

Cask, gravity dispense at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 18th and 19th 2008 Poured reddy/brown but with great clarity nice slightly off white head. Nice bitter, came across really quite fruity and with a very nice tanginess to it, finished really quite dry and with a nice bitterness, a really good beer.

Cask conditioned at Merton Summer B.F ’08. Brown with white head. This is a dry and quite floral, fragrant bitter. A touch tart in character which affects the finish of the beer as the hop doesn’t come through too well.
