A very pale color and weak head is what is keeping me from giving this a 3.0. Not bad, but not exceptional either. Lightly carbonated and smooth, but weak taste. Pleasant on a hot day, drinkable, but nothing beyond the immediate quenching of the thirst. A goos summertime brew for cookouts, still better than most mass market beers...

Bottle 50cl. Nice clean crisp Helles with a nice aromatic hoppy note. In the underline a decent caramel malty note. Refreshing, a Helles like it has to be.

The Haselbacher is a decent, perhaps slightly boring, typical Helles with a nice strong texture. Not really great not bad either.

It’s hazy golden with a creamy, white head and notes of malt, light straw and bread and a touch of cabbage. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, light citrus, bread, straw and the finish is slightly dry.

Bottle. A small, white head sits on top of a clear, pale golden body. Grainy maltyness and a little fruityness in the rather weak aroma. The flavor too is a bit weak, pale malts and fruityness along with a little bitterness towards the end. Medium body, quite dry. A bit hard carbonation. There’s nothing bad going on here, except that it’s dull. 111126
