Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 6, 2005 A light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy, but also with notes of malt, straw, and grass. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of straw, leading to a dry hoppy end. The body is nice. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 12, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, pilsener golden with a thin, white head. The nose is clean and very malty. Body comes medium again with clean and sweet malt accents while the bitterness is very subdued. This is a very delicious Ferstbier positioned somewhere in the borderland to a Heller Bock. 090807 yespr (7843), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 6, 2008 50 cL bottle.
