Bottle (thanx to joss!): A bit unclear, lazy carbonation, small white head; wheat and some bananas in the sweetish grainy nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF; sourish-fruity finish. Average, quite well made Weizen........

Jun 9, 2008 Bottled 50cl. 5.3 ABV. It pours a hazy orange beer with a nicely lasting tall white head. The nose is mainly of banana. A lot of yeast. Smoky with notes of paté and horseradish. Faint hints of cellar, glue and burnt plastic. Strong yeast presence in the taste. A lot of banana and cloves. Smoky. Hints of carrot, horseradish and cereals showing up. Light bodied. Acidic and watery. Poor lacing. Weak yeasty citrussy finish. Not a good Hefeweizen.

Feb 24, 2008 Nice Bottle 50cl. Rather pale colour with stable white longlasting head. Lively carbonation. Nice to drink, full aroma courtesy of the open fermentation. Nice!

Oct 29, 2007 Delicious aroma. The beer itself is a bit overwhelming. Strong sugary taste, with hints of a banana and chocolate flavour. Thick yet smoothe. Brilliant head.

Apr 10, 2007 Small head, darker hazy yellow. Very smooth mouthfeel, really fluffy and creamy. Very buttery. Citric, apples. No banana or atleast very little. Good.
