Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, caramelized malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate ot oheavy bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, caramel, caramelized malt - sugar - caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120613]

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, wood, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Sweet aroma of caramel and bread.
Malty flavour of caramel, bread and hops.

Bottle, 5.8%. Lagery aroma, sweetish malty. Clear copper colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is quite malty and sweetish with a very caramelly note. A sourish hint balances off the caramel and gives a well-balanced beer.

Dunkler, geringfügig süßer Beginn. Getreidig im Mittelteil, währendessen milder werdend. Dennoch kernig, cremige Röstnoten. So bleibt das Bier eine zeitlang, dabei wird die Malzigkeit schwächer, ist aber auch im Nachgeschmack noch deutlich erkennbar. Unerwartet gut! 9/11/11/11/10/11
