Bottle in Berlin. PAle gold, average carbonation. Lightweight, but there is a decent amount fo fresh hops here. You could do worse for a low carb/lower alcohol beer.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass light, small head. Starts mild but not washy, fine spicy, modest fruity. Well balanced finish with spicy-wheaty notes, still mild. Very drinkable. A good beer!

Bottle, best by January of 2012. Good malty nose with grass over citrus, bottle has a low whiff of corn but the serving glass does not. Golden body with a beautiful rocky head the color of unspoiled snow. Lots of lace. Malty taste with a hint of grain, low but persistent bitterness and very mild grassy note. Medium body a little thicker than I’d like here and alcohol presence is a bit too pronounced. Doesn’t exactly know if it wants to be a Pils or a Helles or a Pale Lager, but goon enough for me.

edpeg (828) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 28, 2012
0,5l bottle. Pours pale yellow golden clear body with white frothy medium head. Aromas are floral hops, sweet malts, grains and grass. Palate is medium bodied mouthful, with soft smooth carbonation. Taste is grainy, malty. Aftertaste sweet malty with good medium hoppy dry finish. Overall balanced, light pils at ABV 4%, yet with crispy freshing full taste. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is grainy, slightly spicy, a bit metallic and with some crispy German hops. Flavor is a bit watery, slightly bitter crispy hops and grainy. For a low ABV pale lager, this is actually quite good. But it’s still a low ABV pale lager...

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Some pale malts on the nose, mostly hoppy though, with grass and some hay. A bit thin on the palate, dry and pleasantly carbonation. Bitter flavor with pale malts in the background. Overall, a rather straightforward boring industrial pale lager, drinkable and quenching. 110819

Bottled 500ml. -Pale golden coloured, small white head that went away fast, weak grainy nose. Light malty, grainy and slight watery with pleasant mild hoppy notes in the finish. Surprisingly good 4.0% beer.
