<i>Draught at the brewery</i><br />Beautiful hazy amber color; a peristent turbolent perlage supports a big thick head; it’s nice to look at, but I’m a bit scared by the overcarbonation or excessive fermentation. Luckily it was just a bad impression; indeed the beer has a light aroma and a solid flavor of caramel, with a high bitterness too; and the caramel contributes as well to the bitterness. Straightforward dry caramel brew, but well made.
